New Graduate Program:

Accelerate your learning through our structured New Graduate Program, designed to support your growth and independence, enabling you to be a confident therapist providing high quality paediatric OT services to our clients.

Be supported with weekly supervision, group mentoring, regular informal collaboration and learning, and customised training in supporting children with additional needs, behaviour management, executive functioning, sensory processing, and more.

This program guides you through an induction process; allowing for work shadowing, individual mentoring, training and a gradual phase in of clients to build your own caseload. Workload and expectations are gradually increased but always manageable so you complete your work at work!
